1. Data controller

The data controller is TT Solution, based in Durrës, Albania, NIPT pending registration, reachable at support@ttsolution.tech.

2. What data we collect

a) Data you provide voluntarily

When you fill in the contact form we collect: first and last name, email address, and — if you provide them — company name, phone number and the content of your message.

b) Browsing data

The systems running this site collect, during normal operation, some technical data (IP addresses, access times, pages visited) whose transmission is inherent in the Internet protocols. They are used only to keep the site working and secure.

c) Cookies

The site uses necessary technical cookies and, only with your consent, preference, statistics and marketing cookies. You can change your choices at any time from the «Cookie preferences» link in the home page footer.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Replying to your requests sent via form, email, phone or WhatsApp — legal basis: pre-contractual measures (art. 6(1)(b), Law 124/2024).
Meeting legal obligations (tax, accounting) — legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)).
Statistics and marketing via cookies — legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time.

4. Retention

Contact request data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship begins. Contractual and tax data is kept for the periods required by law.

5. Recipients

Data is never sold or handed to third parties. It may be processed by technical suppliers hosting the site and services (hosting, email), appointed as data processors. Some suppliers may be based outside Albania: in that case the transfer relies on the adequate safeguards provided by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, and to its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, as well as to object to processing. You can exercise these rights by writing to support@ttsolution.tech. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idp.al).

7. Changes

This notice may be updated: the version published on this page, with its date, is the one in force.
